One Busy July!

We started the month off with Elise coming home for a visit for the 4Th of July week-end. We went to an amazing concert at the Sun Valley Pavilion to kick off the celebrations.

We had some wonderful company come visit from Oklahoma to celebrate the 4Th of July week-end with us as well. This is me and my dear sweet friend Dawn Brunelle, she is just wonderful.

Our dear friends Dawn and David Brunelle, it sure was wonderful to have them visit. We all loved the company and tons of laughs we all shared.

The morning they had to leave to get to Montana to see family. Dawn's visit went to fast.

We moved our practice to our own office space instead of sub-leasing from another person and sharing the space together. We found 6 of these reception chairs at a fabulous price for our waiting room area, they just need a little TLC.

So I ordered some upholstery and went to town on all 6 chairs and this is how they turned out. They look much better and match our office perfectly.

Then the National US Cycling competition came to town. We were busy with riders here training and preparing to compete. We got a lot of great pictures of the event with several cyclist zooming by. Our guy we took care of won both of his races. He is the VP of the US Cup National Cycling Team, what a great guy and pleasure to know.

Royce's Aunt Mary and Uncle Larry came for a quick visit from Colorado. We enjoyed the time spent together and even went and did a little putting on the green at the Sun Valley Golf Club with Uncle Larry.

Emily and Rick Bybee came for a few nights from Utah. Emily and I have been friends since we were about 11. We were also in beehives together at church and did everything together when we were kids. She and Rick will be celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary in August.

Royce is always up to giving us some entertainment and laughter, he found this pull up that dropped out of someones diaper bag...we laughed a lot, he is so silly sometimes.

Emily and I before she had to leave. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed one another and the good times we always have together. Emily is truly one of those special people I am blessed to know, I am so grateful for her.
July was a very busy month with lots of visitors. We loved the company and time we were able to spend with everyone that came in July. We are all doing well and loving the valley we are so blessed to live in and all the beauty that surrounds us. We love living closer to our loved ones and being able to get together, we sure hope it is a lot more frequently.
The boys also went to scout camp for a week in July as well. They had a lot of fun and loved that it was only about 70 miles away and not a 8 hour journey like the last few years living on the lost coast. They both completed a couple merit badges, were able to lead and mentor a few young scouts and also earned a couple of the merit badges that are a must to have to be an eagle scout, in all it was a successful week at camp for both the boys.
