You have nothing in this world more precious than your children. When you grow old, when your hair turns white and your body grows weary, when you are prone to sit in a rocker and meditate on the things in your life, nothing will be so important as the question of how your children turned out. It will not be the money you have made. It will not be the cars you have owned. It will not be the large house in which you live. The searing question that will cross your mind again and again will be "How well have my children done?"
President, Gordon B. Hinckley
I came across this statement in a book I am reading today. I am posting this here because I truly believe President Hinckley when he says this will cross your mind again and again. Being a mother of five this question crosses my mind already and I am no where near white hair and a weary body. My children are so very precious. I want nothing more than for each of them to be absolutely happy in this life and to accomplish all that they truly desire. I encourage each of them to look outside the box and to pursue opportunities to further their betterment. Each holds so much potential, it is my responsibility to help them see that potential and to grab hold of it. Not only spiritually but with their education and self image and so much more! I love being Elise, Austin, Zachariah, Janelle and Malia's Mom you each mean the world to me and so much more.
All My Love, Mom

When I sit and think about my children, I see wonderful people who are doing such a fantastic job raising my grandchildren and think to myself, I must have done some things right in this lifetime. I, too, am so very grateful to have been privledged to be the mom to such wonderful children. You are an awsome mother my "Sherry Berry" I love you more than words could ever express.
