On Sunday October 3Rd we celebrated Elise's 19Th birthday. I am not sure where the time has flown, it sure has gone fast, or so it seems to me anyhow.
The birthday girl and her sister's. Elise was sweet enough to where her party hat for pretty much the whole day, off and on, the elastic was a bit annoying.

Elise is happy to take a picture with her brothers, they were excited for her to open her gifts.
So she did and first found some very warm flannel pajamas for those cold nights in Idaho when she leaves for college, but has already decided to wear them.
The big gift this year is her coat she will most definitely need for Idaho. We found her an amazing coat that will surely keep her nice and toasty, and in the Spring she can remove a layer and have a cooler coat for that time of year. It is a four season coat, hopefully it lasts her for some time. Elise had said she wanted things she needed for college and living where the weather is much different from here, she was very excited to get a coat, it was something I think she was pretty concerned about. Do you know what it is like to find a coat like this in a place where we truly do not have a need for the kind of protection this will provide her? we truly lucked out, there were no other like it at all.
Here are the beautiful flowers Cooper brought her when he came to join us for her birthday dinner. Cooper is such a sweet boyfriend to Elise and truly is a very nice young man.
Our sweet Elise, you are such a joy to our family and such a blessing. We are so grateful to be your parents and are so proud of the beautiful Young Lady you have become. We know you will continue to pursue your goals and will accomplish them. Thank you for all that you do, all that you are and for being such a wonderful daughter. You are an outstanding example not only to your peers, but to your family as well. We love you with all our hearts and will forever be your hugest fans and supporters.
